Examples of Automation in Processed Goods

We worked to automate a process that previously required three steps from raw materials to completion by introducing robots.The automation procedure is as follows.
① Pick up materials from the material storage area ②Workpiece Machining (OP1) ③ Switch at the designated switch point
④Workpiece Machining (OP2) ⑤ Switch at the designated switch point ⑥Workpiece Machining (OP3) ⑦ To the finished goods holding area
This resulted in an approximately 2.5-fold increase in efficiency compared to before the initiative.
