Therefore, it is necessary to perform a simulation test of “forced internal short circuit,” which is one of the safety evaluation tests for lithium-ion batteries.
By using the Yamamoto Kinzoku-made Thermo-nail®, temperature measurement is possible at the heat generation point inside the battery during an internal short circuit.
