In fiscal year 2011, we established the “Okayama Research and Development Center” as an advanced research institute for core technologies.
We are advancing our research and development in collaboration with the adjacent Okayama Prefectural Industrial Technology Center in the areas of measurement and evaluation.
Additionally, we have established a dedicated project team within the company called the “DEEMO” and “Production Innovation Project Team,” focused specifically on research and development and production innovation, thereby creating a structure that enables us to concentrate even more intensely on R&D and production process innovation.

By creating diverse environments and connections in research and development,
We will strive to become a global “research and development-driven manufacturing solutions company.”

This is a flexible organization where key products are reviewed annually, and project leaders are selected accordingly based on suitability.
