Compliance with Laws and International Norms
The Yamamoto Metal Group correctly understands and complies with the laws and social norms of each country and region,
and will not engage in any actions that may invite mistrust from society.


Prohibition of Corruption, Bribery, and Receiving Bribes
The Yamamoto Metal Group strictly prohibits all acts of corruption, bribery, and receiving bribes with any party.


Severing Ties with Anti-Social Forces
The Yamamoto Metal Group always acts with common sense, a sense of legality, social awareness, and justice, without overlooking illegal or anti-social activities.
We will deal firmly with anti-social forces and will not have any relationship with them.


Respect for Human Rights

The Yamamoto Metal Group will perform appropriate import/export procedures and control regarding the import and export of technology, goods, etc.,
