Yamamoto Metal Group’s Ceremony for new employees 2019
| On March 30th , 2019 (Saturday) – Yamamoto Metal Group hold the Entrance Ceremony -the final one in Heisei period- for new employees at Hotel New Otani OsakaThis year, we were proud to welcome 11 new employees (8 men and 3 women). In the solemn atmosphere of the ceremony, we had the opportunity to listen to the motivational greeting from the new employee representative. Also, we were moved, watching the new employees one by one receiving a letter of acceptance from President Kengo Yamamoto.After the ceremony, we had a small party with a relaxed atmosphere, where all the new employees introduced themselves, then had funny Q&A time with their seniors. I found that they experienced part of the ‘culture’ of Yamamoto Metal Group. We hope that all new employees can learn more and be successful |
